Battle Bagley, III, son of Battle, Jr., returned to Fayetteville to join the agency in 1987. He had spent several years in Nashville pursuing a career as a CPA, but his love for family and Fayetteville brought him back home 27 years ago to Bagley & Bagley Insurance. He continually seeks educational opportunities in the insurance field to better serve his customers. Along with being a CPA, he also holds the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). He currently serves as Treasurer and board member for the Insurors of Tennessee. Battle enjoys playing golf and spending time with his immediate and extended family. Battle lives In Fayetteville with his wife Angela and youngest son John Robert who is thirteen. His oldest son Battle Bagley, IV lives in Chattanooga, TN and works for Verizon. His daughter Samantha is a recent graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and works at the Lincoln County Health Department.
Cary Bagley Sullivan, daughter of Sam Bagley, joined Bagley & Bagley in 1979! Cary has been involved in the community in many different ways including being past President of the Lincoln County Chapter of the American Cancer Society and as coordinator for over 20 years of Lincoln County’s Fabulous Fifties Show, a musical montage and a major fund raiser for cancer victims. She is married to her husband Dexter and they have three daughters Jessica (who is married to their son-in-law Eli), Catherine, and Bonnie. They are also proud grandparents to granddaughter Evelyn Gray.
David has been in the insurance business for 40 years .He has lived in Lincoln County all his life. David has been married to his wife Cyndi for 37 years. Have two sons Owen and Adam both who live and work in Lincoln County. David notes that he has worked in this business with four generations of family. David is a member of First Presbyterian Church and is a past member and past president of the Rotary Club.
Owen is a proud 2002 graduate of Lincoln County High School and 2006 graduate of The University of Tennessee. He and his wife, Jillian Bagley, moved back to Fayetteville in 2008 and are the proud parents of one daughter, Harper. As a family, they love just about anything outdoors but especially boat rides on the Tims Ford Lake and trips to the beach.
After graduating from Lincoln County High School in 2008 Catherine moved to Knoxville, TN where she attended and graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2012. After working in Knoxville (TN) and Huntsville (AL) Catherine moved back home to Fayetteville to join the family business and she honored to be a part of the 4th generation of Bagley & Bagley Insurance since its establishment in 1907. She enjoys learning about new trends in the insurance industry while also keeping traditional practices intact. She is thankful for all past, present, and future customers at Bagley & Bagley Insurance.
Tammy is marred to her husband, Heath, and they have two wonderful sons, Braden and Mason. They live in Lincoln County and are members of Washington Street Church of Christ. They love the outdoors and are always looking for new trails to enjoy! Tammy has been with Bagley & Bagley Insurance for almost ten years.
Diane and her husband, Mark, live in Lynchburg, Tennessee. They have one son, Will, who will be starting college in the fall 2014. They are big University of Tennessee fans and enjoy going to watch the New Orleans Saints play. Diane has been with Bagley & Bagley Insurance for over 30 years.
Sharon is married to Butch Williams – they have 2 daughters (and son-in-laws) and 3 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. She is a member of the First United Methodist Church where she is a part of the Contemporary Praise Band. She has been a part of the Fabulous Fifties show benefiting Multi County Cancer Support Network for the past 18 years and is a member of Simply Fabulous, an a cappella singing group that has derived from the Fab Fifties show. Also a member of Carriage House Players, our local community theatre. Sharon’s other hobbies include embroidery & sewing but mostly love spending time with her grandchildren!
Walter Phillips has been in the insurance industry for over 40 years. He is Bagley & Bagley Insurance’s life and health specialist. Walter can service life insurance, individual health insurance, group health insurance, dental & vision insurance and Medicare products. Walter is also an appointed agent with the HealthCare MarketPlace. He is also licensed and credentialed to sell Medicare Products in Tennessee. Walter has been married to Frances White Phillips, a retired special education teacher in Lincoln County, from Huntsville, AL for 46 years. Their children (Walt, Beth, and Hannah) were raised on a farm in Lincoln County, TN and Booneshill Communty and all gradauted from Lincoln County High School. Walter and Frances have 6 grandchildren (Ivy, Kai, Aiden, Noah, Grace, and Quinn). Walter and Frances are both proud gradautes of the University of Alabama.
